We entered our first wines in for evaluation post-pandemic, back in March of this year (2022) and wanted to share the results - they're awesome!

May 2022 Results

Riesling Reserve ’20: Yellow straw color. Aromas and flavors of spiced poached apple and pear and peach pastry with a silky, bright, fruity light-to-medium body and a smooth, amusing, medium-long finish with impressions of grilled quince and lemon, ripe apricot, and pickled melon with no oak flavor. A round and flavorful Riesling that is a pleasure to drink

BTI Riesling Reserve '20

Merlot Reserve ‘19: Garnet color. Aroma of chocolate shavings with a dry medium body and a medium blackberries, boysenberries, and rhubarb finish with light oak flavor. A bright and lifted, acid-driven Merlot for mastering the art of day drinking.

Cabernet franc, Sophie’s Vineyard Reserve ’20: Garnet color. Aromas of black cherry and cheese rind with a dry medium-to-full body and a medium-to-long cherry, vanilla, and green pepper finish with moderate oak flavor. A structured, modern Cabernet Franc.

Lady Slipper Rose’ ’21: Pink color. Aromas of strawberry bubble gum with a medium body and a medium strawberry jolly ranchers finish. A fruity, juicy rose that’s not to sweet for picnics and bbq’s.

Teroldego Reserve ’20: Ruby black color. Aromas and flavors of cranberry and pressed flowers with a supple, vibrant, petillant, dryish medium-to-full body and a smooth, delightful, medium-long finish revealing shades of spiced citrus, pomegranate, floral honey, and cedar with light oak flavor. A racy and rewarding red with lot of vibrant berry, citrus fruit and lovely floral nuances
